Standard Shipping
SKM Systems Analysis, Inc. ships all products via UPS ground service free of charge. Provided your order is placed before 3 P.M. (PST) it will be shipped the same day that payment is received. Orders received after 3 P.M. will ship the next business day.
Express Shipping
For next day delivery SKM Systems Analysis, Inc. offers express shipping through Fed-Ex. Priority Overnight service guarantees your package by 10:30 AM the next business day to most cities. (Please see the Fed-Ex website for details.) Pursuant to Fed-Ex guidelines a signature will be required for delivery.
(Please note, clients who choose express shipping will be required to provide a valid Fed-Ex account number or to be billed for the actual cost of the shipment.)
International Shipping
SKM Systems Analysis, Inc. offers international shipments through DHL. Actual shipping costs are added to all international shipments.
